Applicable taxes and fees will be added to room rates. The total tax collection is presently 12.75%, which includes the Aurora Lodging tax (8%), Colorado State tax (2.9%), Adams County tax (0.75%), Cultural District tax (0.10%), RTD Commuter Rail tax (1.0%). An additional $2.00 Aurora Destination Marketing Fee will apply daily. Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable public improvements fee or “PIF” (currently 2.5% of the room rate per room per night) in effect at the time of check in. The PIF funds public and private infrastructure and facilities improvements and amenities benefiting the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. The PIF is not a government tax; it is a privately imposed fee and is subject to applicable state and local taxes. The prevailing resort fee, currently $28.00 plus applicable taxes, will be added to the guest room rate.
Mitel Next 2023 is an invite only event.
If you are unable to attend, you may pass on your invitation to a representative in a similar capacity. Please use the registration form and let us know that you can't come.
The participation on Mitel Next 2023 is free of charge for the Mitel partner community and consultants. Attendees from distribution partner can join after the distributor has sign an agreement.
For accomodation attendees have to pay. We have reserved a contingent of rooms at the Hilton Airport Hotel Munich at a special rate for attendees.

On-site registration
Registration opens on 25 April 2023 at 11:00 am. You will find the check-in counter in the Atrium.
Name badge
At registration you will receive your name badge, which you should wear visibly during the event. This will give you access to the sessions and allow you to take advantage of the food and drink on offer.
Check-in at the Hilton Munich Airport Hotel
If you have booked a room at the Hilton Munich Airport Hotel, please check in at the hotel reception. You will receive details of your check-in accordingly via your booking. You can leave your luggage with the concierge.
Parking
The hotel has an underground car park. Costs: 39,- € / day.
Conference language
Mitel Next is attended by participants from the DACH, META, ASEAN, Eastern Europe and Nordics regions. Therefore, the sessions are usually in English. Simultaneous translation into German will be available for the Main Session and Q&A Panel.
WLAN connection
Free WLAN is available throughout the Hilton Munich Airport Hotel.
